Arthur Lindrose Elected President of Associated General Contractors of Ohio

The Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Ohio is proud to announce the election of Arthur Lindrose as its new President. Lindrose, a veteran of the construction industry with over 40 years of experience, brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and commitment to advancing the industry in Ohio. 
 
Born and raised in Ohio, Lindrose’s career is a testament to hard work, integrity, and dedication. He began his journey in construction through the Carpenters Apprenticeship Program in 1983, becoming a journeyman carpenter in 1987. From there, he quickly rose through the ranks, taking on leadership roles as a project superintendent and eventually leading The Bolton Pratt Company, a well-established construction management and general contracting firm.

Lindrose became the sole owner of The Bolton Pratt Company in 2015. Under his leadership, the company has played a vital role in numerous major projects, including healthcare facilities, corporate renovations, and industrial developments across Northeast Ohio.

Beyond his professional achievements, Lindrose is an active leader in the industry and community. He has served as Chairman of the Lake County Development Authority, promoting economic development and job creation in Lake County. Additionally, he is a Trustee for the Central Midwest Regional Council of Carpenters Welfare Fund and previously served as President of AGC of Ohio’s Cleveland Division (2019-2021).

“I am honored to step into this role with AGC Ohio,” said Lindrose. “The construction industry has been my life’s work, and I look forward to continuing to advocate for our workforce, our businesses, and the growth of Ohio’s construction sector.” 

Lindrose and his wife, Kathy, reside in Painesville, Ohio. They have three adult children and one grandchild. In his free time, he enjoys golf and remains a passionate Cleveland Browns, Cavaliers, and Guardians fan.
 
As AGC Ohio’s new President, Lindrose aims to strengthen the association’s mission to support contractors, advocate for policies that benefit the industry, and foster workforce development across the state.
