Construction establishments with 100 or more employees are required to submit Form 300-Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses and Form 301-Injury and Illness Incident Report in addition to Form 300A-Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses data. Establishments with 20 to 99 employees continue to be required to submit only Form 300A-Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses data. Covered employers must post their 2025 OSHA 300A Summary by February 1, 2026, through April 30 in a conspicuous place. The electronic submission deadline for Forms 300A (and potentially 300/301) is March 2, 2026, for data from the 2025 calendar year. Updated OSHA resources include the ITA Frequently Asked Questions and the ITA User Guide, which outline the step-by-step process for electronic submission. For users, the ITA Help Desk is available to assist with ITA-related questions or issues. The award winners were announced during the Build Ohio Celebration on November 14 at the Hilton Columbus at Easton. Over three hundred construction professionals and guests attended the gala. Build Ohio winners received a custom-made bronze and green marble Build Ohio statue in recognition of their achievement.
