OSHA Releases Updated Recordkeeping Deadlines & Requirements

Construction establishments with 100 or more employees are required to submit Form 300-Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses and Form 301-Injury and Illness Incident Report in addition to Form 300A-Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses data. Establishments with 20 to 99 employees continue to be required to submit only Form 300A-Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses data. Covered employers must post their 2025 OSHA 300A Summary by February 1, 2026, through April 30 in a conspicuous place. The electronic submission deadline for Forms 300A (and potentially 300/301) is March 2, 2026, for data from the 2025 calendar year.
